Looks like a fairly dark version of a nut brown ale. Minimal head that’s beige in color. Slight retention minimal lacing.
The nose definitely hits what they’re going for with cobbler. Definitely a blend of strong peach, blueberry on the backside, gentle hints of cinnamon and maple syrup.
The flavor delivers as promised by the nose. Definitely a rich peach dominated cobbler mild undertones of overwrite blueberry perhaps hints of blackberry and buttery crust.
Feel is on the fuller side for a strong. But still shy of an imperial stout. Warm finish.
Overall. Stunning cobbler connection.
