500ml bottle sent my way by @Beersnake
Poured into Bissell Brothers tulip
P deep mahogany w/ a khaki/tan ring
N med-bold to bold nose of big milk chocolate notes, vanilla, light roast, and almond
T chocolate, light roast, fruity notes (golden fig comes to mind), and sweet nuttiness (a combo of coconut, pistachio, almond) dotted w/ vanilla, light barrel, booze, and a cookie-like note in the finish/aftertaste; a bright sweet leafy taste as well; moderately warming; unique and tasty
Mf med-full bodied w/ soft carb; chewy and coats the palate
O definitely a unique imperial stout w/ lots going on in the profile; thanks again for the opportunity, Tim!

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a thick black with minimal head. The nose is chocolate, toffee, malts, vanilla, fudge, an herbal note (pandan?), and bourbon.
The taste is vanilla, roasted malts, plums, pears, coconut, bourbon, thick milk chocolate, caramel, and graham cracker. Not sure where the pandan fits in, and I’m not sure if I could even recognize it. That said, this is a fantastic stout!
Mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Nice toffee and graham cracker aftertaste. Overall, a really great stout.

500ml bottle served in a little Hoppin Frog snifter-y glass. 2024 release. @beersnake gave it to me a few weeks ago.
Pours black with a big, fizzy, dark head that settles fairly quickly and leaves little trace behind -- there's a moderately thick ring and a thin island in the center. Smell is big, chocolate and booze, molasses (maybe burnt molasses) and coconut. Vanilla, maybe. Nothing I could point to specifically as pandan, because it's not something I would recognize.
Taste is...different. Something gives me a green leaf vibe which is combining strongly with the coconut, which I'm guessing that's the pandan. Chocolate and molasses and now maybe some chicory coffee, still heavily boozy, maybe the oak comes through more clearly on its own. Vanilla is in there, but more supporting than leading.
Mouthfeel is medium to thick, slight effervescence. Overall, very interesting, good beer.
