Oatmeal stout with cinnamon, vanilla, and NECKAR coffee.
On tap at the brewery tonight... Standard black brew, tannish head sticks around long enough...
Nose shows plenty of coffee front and center... hints of vanilla and a bit more cinnamon, especially with warmth.
On the palate.. the cinnamon is pretty out front and lingers ending a bit dusty. coffee is a little lesser known.. vanilla even more in the background .... Perhaps could use a little more sweetness to help tie all the flavors together.
Honestly, the fact that this was dryer made it taste more like a Churro in my mind... Interesting.
