On tap @ prefunk. Hazy, light golden, small creamy head. Soft, slick mouth feel. Light white bread / cracker malt, light spiciness (coriander?). Not as fizzy as some.

Hazy dark golden... probably dark for a traditional witbier, but who cares? Nice white head with good retention and lacing. Nose shows grainy malt and wheat with a light lemony/citrus element and perhaps some background coriander... Flavor has all the same elements as the nose, but a bit of a rounded grainy sweetness that helps all the flavors to meld and drink very well.. Not as "crisp" as I tend to like wits, but still nothing wrong with it... Light/medium body.. Very tasty and well put together.
