On draft at the brewery tonight with Ditmier and Matt... Pours a hazed orange... No real head or lacing.
Nice is phenolic and a little lemony... an encompassing earthy/briny element lets you know where this is going.
Again a little phenolic? Or is is coriander? It could be neither and I could have a shitty palate? Briny wheat malt if that makes sense... a light lemony note.. phenols show on the tip of the tongue and on the finish... light bandaid? not an insult, just an observation.
Body seems a touch thick for a Gose.. the salty envelope makes this one an occasional brew for me... too much of a good thing to session... That said, it is really fucking good.
