On tap at brewery. Wine barrel aging adds a hint of sourness to this, doesn’t detract or take over. Nice tang added to the tripel body for an added dimension.

Hazy orange... short-lived white head with little lacing.. Thick for the style, perhaps a bit sweet too.... The wine barrels add a good layer of complexity but diminishes the overall Belgian character IMO... pear and underripe apple struggle to get through... light clovey phenolics... Sweetness on the finish gets a little cloying.
