Wit is not my favorite style, but this one is stellar. Light accents from the lavender, more from the lemon, but the wheat still shines through. Nice soft aroma and taste, velvety mouth feel. Awesome!

On tap at the brewpub last night... Pours a hazy light golden... white head rises up and dies back pretty quickly. Nose is earthy and lemony.. Good witbier bones, smells a little tart with plenty of wheat. Flavor is really spot-on, the wheat notes soften the overall lemon element... is there lemon thyme in this? Lavender adds more of a dirty earthy element with just hints of floral notes.. I don't know much about Kombucha, but I guess that is what is providing a light lactic presence. Light/medium bodied.. Very drinkable. I will certainly buy this one again.
