Had a couple nice pours at the Taco and Beer event... Pours slightly hazed light golden... sudsy white head... Cilantro is there for sure, but the citrusy notes from the herb sorta hide behind the lime zest notes.. The base beer is unmistakable as a proper Woodland saison... This one is a winner... Refreshing and the additions work so well with the Saison base. Innovative.. I dig it.
