On tap at Woodland Empire. Comes off initially as a straight up Berliner, but then the carrots kick in, big time. Dirty bitterness in the back of the throat, dry puckering on the gums.

Draft tonight at the taproom... Pours lightly hazed golden with a nice white head.
Wow.. That is unique.. Carrot is very evident in the nose... Lemony notes on the palate rounded out by sweet earthy carrot. Wow... So very unique.. Must bottle this one.
Whoever came up with this idea deserves a pat on the back... This is awesome.
