Bottle from brewery, shared on 7/30/16. Dark brown pour, kind of muddy, minimal head. Smoke from the get-go, campfire, sagebrush. This came off as much more of a rauchbier than a stout. Heavy roast malts, smoky, not as much currant as I would have hoped for. Ashy, dry, smoky, but unique in it’s own way.
