Sample from the tank at brewery. Big, juicy IPA in the NE style. Still unfiltered at this stage, but appears to be brilliantly concocted and should come roaring out of those tanks. Can’t wait. 6/15/17. Trying the finished beer. Cleared up but still a nice, bitter IPA with some mild tropical aromas, and floral, dank notes. Bitter bite at first taste, with sweet, soapy flavors.

Poured from a 16oz can, a golden orange, slightly opaque, very rich with a minimal head that attempts to lace. Aroma is pineapple, juice, and hops. Perfect smelling IPA.
Taste is dank pineapple, hops, citrus, cream and some caramel. With bitter reported at 65 IBU but seeming to be less, it's a dank pineapple juice, with some bugspray in it. If you know what I mean. Getting more prune than citrus at the end. Pine through to the finish.
West coast-y IPA, a bit boozy at 7%. 'Cause of the pineapple, it's more summer-drinkable than comparable IPAs. This reminds me of Ninkasi's Tricerihops. Drink from a tulip to get that great pineapple aroma with every sip.
