Draft at the brewery. Listed as sour pineapple pils. Asked the brewery. Couldn’t really pick, do I entered this as a sour. Plenty of pucker for sure. Still plenty of pils character too. Hazy golden pour, fruity, citrus aroma. Taste is full on pineapple, lots of tartness, will have you licking your gums in no time flat.

On tap at the brewpub in Boise.
Hazy pale golden body with semi-durable head and very good lacing.
The aroma is mild with subtle pineapple.
The flavor has pineapple, baked bread and vegetables. This had some cucumber and is a bit vegetative; normally this is a negative but it works in this beer.
Light body and medium carbonation.
