16 oz can from Jeremy. Dark golden, small fizzy head. Big, solud hoppy nose. Taste is more of the astringent hops, sticky, piney. A hard back to the good old days of IPA.

Dense, rocky white head, golden orange color, medium haze, and lively carbonation. Orange, bread crust, lemon, guava, noticeable alcohol, and a hint of caramel (butterscotch?) on the nose. Rich citrus flavors up front with some malt sweetness, grapefruit pith flavor on the back end and lingering. Slight alcohol flavor in the back, too. An elevated level of bitterness accentuated by the pith flavor, medium-full body with high carbonation to wash it down quickly. Caramel/butterscotch flavor doesn't really show up anywhere else. Good IPA with a "new-classic" hop bill; the noticeable alcohol aroma/flavor is the only thing I don't like about it but at 8.3% ABV it's not out of place.
