16 oz can from brewery. Pale golden pour, small foamy head. Aroma is mildly sweet, melon, mango. Taste is more of the light fruit notes, with a super silky feel. Not much bitterness at all.

one of the best brut ipa types i have had to date. its a style i still dont love, but this execution is hard to argue with, its clean and dry and bubbly sure, but it also doesnt have any of those white winey esters, chemical elements in the finish, or forced hoppiness. the hop profile is as nice as the fermentation profile here, el dorado on display above the other varietals, and i love that hop in this context. pale yellow brew with a tall white head emits aromas of sliced melon, ripe pineapple, and muddled lemongrass, i absolutely get the mosaic in here with the el dorado. a more savory almost tea-like herbal character from the other hops in here is cool too, helps transition to some bitterness at the end, and keep it very fresh as well, springy even, and oddly delicate for being so flavorful. the hops with the clean and dry texture is amazing, especially because some cereal grain character can still be appreciated here, wheaty and earthy and necessarily grounding. bright carbonation and insane drinkability. this really has restored some faith in the style for me, and is a beer i thirst for again! i was bummed when it wasnt on tap when i went back in here, hoping it reemerges before too long...
