Bottle from cellar, purchased at Woodland in Nov of 2017. This has held up remarkably well. Light rosé colored pour, initial foamy head, some finely beaded bubbles remain. Aroma is allspice, clove, cinnamon, very savory. Taste takes all that and adds a light sourness and minor sweet notes. Perfect time of the year for this....
