another cool ipa from these guys, this one is apparently a blended product, where the tanks get different hops in the dry hopping an then are added together. the bartender here explained that this is to keep mosaic away from the others, which makes some sense. they had the two different threads of the blend on tap separately, but they also had it already blended, which is how i enjoyed it, same as what is canned out there around town right now i believe, creative and massively fresh, really good drinking beer right here. almost clear, bright golden in color, an inch of lasting white head and pretty web and ring lacing a it drinks. smells and tastes mosaic driven to me, but super fresh and clean, none of the cat pee thing, natural pineapple notes and a little herbal tea layer. i also get some tropical fruit character, maybe kiwi and melon, as well as a distinctive berry note, whatever the other hops are, they blend together mighty nice. strawberry and pineapple and fresh herbs, moderate bitterness but lots of dry hopping, simple grain base provides a little balance and structure but not a lot of flavor, and very tidy on the fermentation. just a super well executed ipa overall, they got the most out of these hops with this blending method for sure, ill have to go back and try them on their own now. was very impressed with this, and reckon the hoppy beer is getting better and better in here...

16oz can into a pint glass. NO freshness dating.
Looks great in the glass. Lightly hazy yellow body, a glassy look. Small white head persists in good form throughout, leaving exquisite lacing.
Muted musty fruit & hop aromas.
WE used 6 hop varieties in this beer, and they have created a very well balanced beer. Malt bedrock is solid, and hops not overdone. A nice hop bite, both fruity and resiny. Enjoying this one.
Mouth closer to full than medium, finish hoppy, bitey, bitter, and a touch dry
Overall, a very nice beer indeed, and a great changeup from the recent NE ipa assault I've been giving my palate.

From their mixtape series; on tap in Meridian and served in a nonic. Clear straw colored brew with a fluffy white head. Leans old-school with a clean hoppiness but a restrained bitterness. Clean and crisp with present malt backbone.
