Draft at brewery. Starts off rather unassuming, and gets better. Murky amber, tiny ring of head. Light fruity, tart aroma. Flavor leaps up, the salted pickled plums leading the way, sweet, salty and tart, all at the same time. Really nice with food. Lingering sourness all the way down.
