"American style wheat beer with strawberries added."
On tap at the Boise pub on Friday afternoon... Pours a surprisingly clear golden, white head dies back pretty quickly but leaves a nice cap and good spiderweb lacing. The berries are soft and perfumy on the nose... but the palate delivers a nice berry essence that is magnified by the wheaty element... very drinkable and certainly approachable... I see no flaws with this one and it should be a go-to for anybody looking to get into craft beer. Never sweet or cloying and is an exercise in balance. I dig it.
