Pours marmalade coloured; small white head. Smells of dusty coriander, yeast, some orange peel and rye. Flavour of zesty orange, more of those dulled musky herbs, some tart yeastiness, spicy hops and more of that rye flavour coming through balancing out the fruitiness. This is definitely more of a muted and sessionable saison which I vastly prefer over the acidic kinds. Very balanced and earthy. Feel is light - medium, carbonated and a little resinous. Overall, a very nice rye saison.
