From a 16 oz. undated can that I sampled on Feb 5, 2023. I am surprised to see no date since this brewer is pretty consistent at putting that on the can.
The appearance is a kind of cloudy light amber-yellow underneath a big off-white head that fades down.
The aroma expresses breaded malts, biscuit, and a traditional floral or earthy sensation. That in itself appeals to me more than most modern IPAs.
Medium, creamy mouthfeel.
The flavor is more sweet and bready to start with an evolving traditional hop presence of floral and earthy characters. Fairly enjoyable.

Can from the Packie.
Lightly hazy deep gold in color with a decent sized frothy off white head that persists. Bready caramel maltiness with earthy pine and light tropical fruit to counter.
