Great head and retention for a dry brew. Bit of a haze.
Big tropical aroma (banana & pineapple), some juicy fruit bubble gum, a little earth and spice.
Lots of depth to the flavour, pineapple, goose berry, wheat biscuit, sponge toffee, leather, bubble gum, vanilla, oak, grape must.
Light residual sweetness, with a crisp, tart finish.
Although I don’t absolutely love the combination of flavours, this is a really great brew. Certainly among the best in Canada.
