Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with excellent retention and great mount of lacing. Aroma of funky saison yeast with some great rustic malt notes. Taste is a wonderful mix of great saison yeast notes with some dry undertones with some rustic malt notes and multigrain cereal notes with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. World-class saison and possibly the best saison brewery in the country.

Its peachy straw body is easy on the eyes. Its head is paper white and light on its feet with plenty of fizz. Its haze looks quenching.
Lightly chalky with a rounded dose of Brett twang. Slightly enteric at first but that fades quickly. Spritzy bright lemon peel is just underneath with a bass line of vanilla. Grass clippings add some scratch. Its gorgeous and simple.
A tart, puckering streak of lemon zips down the palate with a punch of lime to go. Both the vanilla and the funk are tucked away on the sidelines. The bright citrus is accompanied by some grassiness and leads to a dose of fresh biscuit that is light and short lived.
There's enough tartness and carbonation to flesh out the body and stop its 4.7% body from straying into watery territory. its snappy, tart and clean with a delicately dry finish.
A straight shooter that checks all the right boxes. I love its level of acidity and the weight of its body. Lovely, lovely.
