A finger's worth of fizzy white head forms quickly and fades almost as fast. Its got an apricot yellow hue with plenty of haze.
Sweet green grapes and lemon zest make for a punchy nose. Ripe honeydew balances out the tartness. A touch herbal and green but more fruity/tart/sweet than anything.
The juniper comes through with a near equal tartness to the lemon. Leafy, oaky undertones are married with green grape skins. A touch of Pilsner-esque biscuit seals the finish.
The weight and pronunciation of everything is equal, giving a good sense of balance. The scrubbing carbonation, tart twang and dry finish make for another refreshing crusher from Stillwell.
They're dialed in with their Farmhouse/Belgian-esque focus and I'm liking it. I'd like a little more umph from the body, but its brightness and level of acidity does me just fine.
