It pours a sunlight straw with an opaque level of haziness. Its champagne level spritziness makes the head hiss as it rises and falls, which it does quite quickly.
The nose pops with snappy gooseberry, green pear and sweet summer Reisling. It's got a soft, sulfury funk that's more intriguing than offputting. Heaps of peach rings with a touch of chalk and grass. Wonderfully balanced between tart and sweet.
A mouthcoating wave of carbonated peachy orange juice caught me a bit off guard with its level of intensity. Candied peach rings with a squeeze of lime and a touch of minerality coast into the finish.
It's light on its feet and to the point with a flicking twang. Dry, cut and clean, with the only sign of alcohol in its warmth.
My first Stillwell beer purchased directly from their bar. I'm in love with this model. As for the beer itself, it was a unique treat. It was more on the "crush" instead of "consider" side of their motto as I found it to be a straight shooter. Mimosa-esque.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
