Had the pleasure of walking into the brewery and having this. It's FU Sandy that they soured (lady could not provide info on the souring technique... lacto, brett, etc..) but it was aged in chardonnay barrels. I'm not a huge fan of fu sandy but this was awesome. Well rounded and great body to it. You got a lot of nice barrel characteristics and it was soured very nicely.
