Douple IPA dry hopped with Azacca. Ripe mango, tropical fruit, smooth rounded bitterness, sustained impressions of citrus, with notes of orchard fruit (pears, apples) and pine throughout.

No canning date; presumed to be ~6/30/18
Pours a hazy gold with a finger of fluffy head.
Aroma definitely catches my attention; I'm hit right off the bat with notes of tart lemon and a bushel of wild berries, both of which are bolstered by a bready density.
Taste brings abrupt notes of fluffy bread and further lemony tartness; strangely enough, I'm getting a bit of low-carb lemon meringue pie from this, one that's maybe more earthy than sweet. Some subtle hop bitterness meshed with wild berries round out the finish.
Mouthfeel is pillowy soft, but maintains a nice sense of brightness, a spark. It can be thin at times, but it's well-balanced and never gets out-of-hand.
One of the more eccentric offerings I've had from Finback. There's a tartness here that I didn't expect, but it's held in check in spite of acting more as a confusing surprise than a welcome addition. Still, from a structural standpoint, it's a solid beer; from a preference standpoint, I'm not exactly sure this one is for me.

Poured from a 16oz can into a Speiglau IPA glass.
Look is a thick hazy orange yellow with a thin white head.
Aroma is tangerine and grapefruit.
Taste is fruity without being super sweet. Lots of citrus with a good amount of bitter pith.
Delicious.
