Had this brew at Hoptron Brewtique in Patchogue, NY.
Look: hazy golden yellow; hint of orange in there. Minimal head.
Smell: sour citrus, little bit of grass.
Taste: Big tart explosion with a Kolsch like finish.
Feel: huge carbonation here; creamy.
This is a very fine sour, fairly basic, but very well balanced and the creaminess really adds to its offering.

The beer offers grain malts, light tart qualities, hints of grass, herbs, thyme, and lemon for brightness. The mouuthfeel is quite creamy with possibly a good amount of wheat and a gentle hop bitterness.
