Very light in color and taste. Citrusesc smell, and a grapefruit taste... very tart to me. I had higher expectations and maybe that is jawing my review

16 oz can with "Orlando 6/21/16" on the bottom...canning date?.
Pour hazed yellowy and ligting a fine whispy off white head, departing quickly and leaving a thin film, slight collar and moderate strands of fine lacing.
on the sniff, I get some lemon, some tea and some grassy notes
on the palate its again lemon, some more tea, light lime and pepper, slight sour/tart note lurking...flavorful, complex and quite dry in the finish
carbonation on the lower edge of the scale.
well crafted and quite enjoyable stuff...would love to try this tasty saison with some funky cheese, crusty bread, peppery salad....well worth seeking out

Poured a hazy yellow, straw color with a quarter inch head that dissipated very quickly. Smell is on the sweet side with notes of citrus, melon, grapes and pepper. It has the typical flavors of a saison, but then you add on all the flavors from the dry hopping that almost makes this beer a class onto itself. There were additional light citrus notes, melon, and pineapple. Minimal bitterness, well carbonated, very light and easy to drink.

Pours a soft yellow and hazy. A good crisp bubble made a nice foam stand that fell quickly. Tropical and cool. The hallertau blanc is cool green and sweet. There is a tang to it like from a pineapple but it is not dank or zesty and is very light. The dry hopping is so fragrant. Crackery malt and lots of earth from the hops. it's got lime from the wakatau in the flavor but not so much on the nose. It's unique and has a light pepper.
The taste is very light and fruity but it defies a long explanation. The combination of hops is unique and vibrant and surprisingly complex. The lime keeps coming forward delightfully and dry. The finish is crisp with light bubbles, and the malt surprises you with a firmness that delights the palate with texture. The bittering hop is fantastic. That's the lime. It has a graceful softness in the malt .The bjcp says the saison should finish with a prickly acidity and this is a sterling example. It's gentle in the end no matter how saucy the flavors were. True to it's description there is no dankness and that makes it seem to go up in lightness. It lingers with a light clear lemon and a tropical herbal tang, lasting bitterness. Beautiful! And a flirt in every way.

Got some grape and melon, bit of biscuit, herbal and grassy elements, yeasty tang, a little more bittering than the typical saison; light feeling, amply carbonated, very drinkable...

The beer comes a lemony straw color, with a medium haze.
The aroma offers sweet honey dew, kiwi, white grape, grainy sweetness, peppery spice.
The flavor follows with a lingering mineral quality throughout, onto pineapple, fresh green grass, light biscuity sweetness, wonderful medium plus carbonation, with a restrained bitterness and spice quality, while still being dry on the finish.
