Canned on 7/28/20
Pours a hazy-borderline opaque dirty gold body topped with multiple fingers of dense, frothy foam; good head retention leaves a finger of near-creamy cap, an ample, frothy collar, and moderate spread of ringed/webby lacing around the glass.
Aroma bursts with a tropical front of pineapple, peach, clementine, and passionfruit, with hints of melon and fresh lime accenting the middle and eventually softened with flowing, delicate notes of cream on the close.
Taste features overripe guava lightly contrasting fresh moss as lime zest, peach, and wisps of white grape skins contribute an underlying depth; a touch of citrus-laden booziness into the back end is cut with a slight creaminess into the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a medium body against a slick, somewhat flattening carbonation phasing naturally into consistent and lightly prickly hop texture across the mid-palate; progressively juicy developments largely conceal a slightly boozy, hoppy twang before the finish dries slightly with a faint bitterness.
Though occasionally gritty with booze, this brew still shows an overwhelmingly balanced and flowing presentation of the style, with every discernible note well-attenuated, level, and never neglected; despite whatever inconsistencies come forward, this ultimately checks all the boxes of a NEIPA trending upward.

Poured from a can (no date I could find, released ) into a tumbler
L: creamy light yellow orange with a thick white head. Fades after a couple minutes, leaving some chunky large bubbled lacing
S: rich tropical juice right off the bat. Melon, mango, passionfruit, orange, lemon/lime, pineapple, papaya, peach. Very full, some overripe/dank character providing depth. Slightly sweet but not overly so
T: follows the nose well, very full tropical flavor that just fills the mouth. Mango and melon leading, with solid papaya/peach/pineapple plus citrus. Slightly bitter toward the end, not sure if intentional or a bit green. Slightly sweet, somewhat expected given style/nose/etc. Medium finish, flavor ends somewhat abruptly
F: very smooth, quite creamy. Medium/thick body, medium carbonation
O: very good DIPA, nose is excellent taste just a couple notches behind
