Canned on 8/14/25; consumed on 12/1/25
Pours a slight foggy, deep golden body capped with a finger of off-white foam; decent head retention leaves a vague layer of paper-thin cap, large, creamy collar, and modest array of webby lacing around the walls of the glass. 3.5
Aroma gentle honey, white bread, toasted malts, cereal grain, minerality fading 3.5
Taste touch of Corn Flakes, honey, soft malts, minerality, doughy biscuit and hints of fruity esters linger 3.5
Mouthfeel light body, fluffy, moderate-full carbonation, flaky texturing, 3.75
Clean, steady, 3.5

This one pours a golden yellow-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells slightly grainy, with toasty malt, and a touch of spicy hop character.
I tend to enjoy festbier just a touch more than marzen, and this is a really well done example. This has a nice dry, slightly bitter character to it, with grain, hop spice, and biscuity malt, with just the lightest hint of toastiness to it.
This is light bodied, very crisp and clean, and very drinkable.
This is definitely one of the better versions of the style you can come across this year.

Pours straw yellow, a bit cloudy, light head and retention; lots of visible carbonation. Nose is straw, lemon, corn, grain. Taste is corn, grain; light clove, even a bit of very light bubble gum. Medium weight, small and crisp carbonation.
