Brewed in collaboration with Matt Gebhard, owner of Beer Culture. Single strain of brettanomyces for a fruitiness as well as dryness and some slight developing earthiness. Later addition Legacy, Nuggetzilla, and Cascade add fruitiness.

On-tap at Beer Culture, New York, NY
A: The beer is relatively clear yellowish amber in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of Belgian and fruity yeast are present in the nose.
T: The taste has subtle flavors of fruity yeast along with some funk and peppery spices, the latter of which linger through the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. The peppery spices seem a little prickly.
O: This beer is easy to drink and the dryness imparts some refreshing qualities. The yeast lends some interesting complexities to the smell and taste.
