A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head that left some patches of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of white wine grapes are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of white wine along with hints of oak from the barrel aging.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very dry on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't as carbonated compared to other beers that I've had in the style but has lots of nice vinous qualities in both the smell and the taste.
