Tall can, direct from the brewery, here is a twist..." Best after 10/19/18" stamped on the bottom.

Pours a dull, hazed and soft shade of peach flesh, minimal head, no lacing, looks like carbonation on the low side. Final pour adds to the haziness.

Pungent and funky sniff, fruity/yeasty.

MIghty tasty brew, super fruity, about medium sour/tart, clean, crisp and snappy on the palate. Sour/wild/funky brew lovers rejoice and get some of this fine creation.

these guys can get some pretty unique and esoteric fermentation profiles happening, and sometimes that makes their beer seem weird or unapproachable in my experience, but sometimes that uniqueness and originality leads to dead set magic, and thats the case here, where it sort of seems like a quick lacto kettle sour up front, there is a lot more going on when i get into it, including some unique funk and a resonance on the acidity that highlights and enhances the passion fruit in a very special way. on paper, this isnt anything crazy, but in the glass its certainly profound, tangy and bright, juicy and fresh, funky and puckery, the right kind of sourness, flavorful not just acidic, and with a beautiful forward mouthwatering summery passion fruit complexion, really amazing, memorable from the throngs of others labeling themselves as passion fruit sours. the fruit is very natural, real forward in the mix, fresh like the seedy gelatinous insides of the actual fruit, and for how bold it is, its not sweet at all. a lemon flesh note to the sour profile, and a cleanness to finish, almost refreshing for what it is, very cool brew here, one of our collective favorites from our visit to transmitter, i had a blast here, and this beer was close to life changing, not sure ill view "fruited sour" the same ever again, this is so much more, one that finally realizes its full potential!
