A- Draft pour with a mostly clear pale golden body. The white cap has a foamy consistency forming only to a thin sheet above the beer. Eventually no foam on the beer with just a few spots of lacing.
S- Massive, massive amount of fresh, ripe and juicy peach. The sourness is suggested to be very high here and it suits the bright peach aromas nicely. Clean lactic sourness. Hints of oak but not really getting the whiskey. Amazing peach utilization.
T- As in the aroma this is once again a masterclass in getting fresh, juicy peach flavor. A ton of flesh, juice with some hints of the fruits pits. As expected, the beer is rather sour but it is a clean lactic sourness and unsurprisingly it plays off of the peach flavor wonderfully. Hints of oak wood, vinous sour grapes, lemon and missing the whiskey again.
MF- A light-medium bodied brew. Carbonation on the low side may explain the appearance to some degree. Texture is just a bit fluffy. Finishes with a high end sourness.
Simply put maybe the best peach aroma I have ever come across in any beer and a peach flavor that plays very well off of the sour ferment they have achieved. What a delightful surprise at the brewery.
