Lactobacillus sour ale with nectarines. A perfect sour ale to indulge in year round, kettle soured and fruited with locally grown nectarines. It is well- balanced with a firm, but not overbearing citrus tartness, crisp and refreshing.

Bottle from the brewery in BK during the 2020 COVID pause. Pours clear very light amber with a flash of head that quickly disappears completely, smell is sweet and floral nectarine flesh and rose petals, taste is mildly tart underripe nectarines, hints of floral sweetness, feel is very light and crisp, good carbonation. A very drinkable and pleasantly tart nectarine treat!
