Brooklyn milk stout with notes of roasted malt and hints of chocolate. Finished with milk sugar for a silky rich creamy mouthfeel.

A: The beer is close to being black in color - traces of dark brown are visible near the edge of the glass when it is held up to a bright light. It poured with a quarter finger high beige head that left a narrow collar of off white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of dark and chocolate malts are present in the nose along with notes of roasted malts.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that some hints of sweetness from the milk sugar balance off most of the roasted malt flavors. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is much more roasty and bitter compared to other milk stouts but is an interesting change of pace if you are looking for something a little out of the ordinary.
