A: The beer is dark brown in color (black when viewed afar) and only has some hints of reddish brown at the bottom of the glass when it is held up to a bright light. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of dark malts and coffee are present in the nose along with notes of fruity yeast.
T: The taste has flavors of dark malts along with notes of fruity yeast and hints of coffee beans.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is definitely sessionable and goes down very easy.
