Pours a cloudy, dirty yellow with a small off-white head that settles to a ring leaving some lacing. Aroma of tartish citrus zest, some light orange, a whiff of oxidation. Doughy flavor with some black pepper, lemon zest. Active carb, kind of flabby feel overall, medium finish to it. A decent but not overly dry, "saisony" saison. It has a nice citrus character from the yeast but the hops don't quite pop or play a noticeable part. Not bad, all told, but not quite what it ought to be based on the style, inclusion of hops in the name, etc. Unless they just decided to include Citra in the name cause it's cool, but I'm sure no one would do that...
