This Thai Saison, made with a special Franco-Belgian farmhouse yeast is hazy, opaque, reddish brown in color with just enough hop character to balance the beer. The malt profile is light and crisp with mild sweet notes from the use of palm sugar and finishes very dry. The mid palate and finish are spicy from the use of Galangal (Thai ginger) and Thai chiles
