Dayton lore has it that the Flying Heads were legendary undead monsters from the Iroquois and Wyandot Indian tribes. The winged heads appeared huge and disembodied with fiery eyes and an empty, soulless expression. They flew through the air, pursuing humans to chase and devour.
The origins of The Flying Heads varied greatly from tale to tale. In some accounts, a Flying Head was created from a violent murder scene– the severed head of a victim grows to an enormous size, and emerges from a mass grave, taking revenge by committing heinous acts of cannibalism.
Start your Flying Heads Dubbel Pumpkin journey with eyes of ruby red and brown highlights. Follow with fall flavors of cinnamon, coriander, allspice, fenugreek, raw maple syrup, pumpkin and squash. Finish with notes of nutty, sweet malt and spicy notes from the Belgian abbey yea

Dark orange, absolutely no head, like a dark rooibos tea.
Pumpkin and a little spice is present, nothing too over the top here, except the booze. For some reason the alcohol is really hot on this one.
