From the 375 ml bottle in a snifter via Bluejacket74---Cheers Dude!
This excellent brew pours a dark blackish brown with a modest head
of tan foam that settles to a thin ring and faint lacing....but she's got legs
with a swirl! Nose of peaches, brandy, bourbon, faint oak, dark chocolate,
and rich vanilla. Flavors excel with a dark cocoa and bourbon adult candy
with peach preserves, rich vanilla, rustic oak, vinous brandy notes, light
tobacco, and rich caramel. Nice mouth feel; full body, smooth as silk, coating,
rich, lightly warming, and finishing moderately dry.
Overall, a great example of the equal the sum of your parts!
Cheers, and thanks again to Bluejacket74 for this one!

375 ml bottle, 2020 vintage, purchased at the brewery about a week and a half ago. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma a lot, the brew smells like vanilla, caramel, peaches, bourbon, oak, chocolate and roasted malt. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also some molasses, coffee and burnt/charred flavors noticeable too. All the flavors mesh well together, barrel character is there in both the aroma and taste but not strong. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's coating and a bit rich and creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one a lot, pretty tasty and one of the best brews I've had this year. Definitely worth picking up if you come across some!
