Pours a hazy yellow orange color with a foamy short lived white head.
Aroma is strange. Rotten fruit and acetone. Smell is off putting. I found myself holding my breath going in for a sip.
Tastes much better than the smell advertises. Medium sourness with a nice watermelon flavor. Salt makes the melon taste pop.
Overall I enjoyed the beer but that smell would keep me from going back to this one.

Purchased from Kroger as a single can for $1.69. Poured into a red Solo cup.
L - A neat gold with a foamy three-finger yellowish-white head that dissipates quickly.
S - Very oat and granola-forward. Sour note is present. Very, very light melon.
T - Extremely tart! Taste follows nose exactly, though not much melon is present. Lightly toasted Wonderbread. A very slight rose petal. Herbal hoppiness is there, but very much downplayed by the malt.
F - Little carbonation. Full-bodied. Crisp.
O - For a gose, it's not bad. Definitely a sour session beer. Great summer brew, and will definitely buy again.

Number 500!!!! I never would have guessed that my 500th review would be a beer of this style ... What I used to think was more suited for my girlfriend than for me ... Still, I've been getting into this style lately and this offering is, regrettably, a bit average.... Not bad tasting, but flat and unexciting....this is a good brewer, but this is a "miss"

Pale golden color with thin white lacing. Not a bad beer it is sweet, sour and salty as advertised. Its major disadvantage is its drinkablity. It isn't smooth to drink down
