From the 375 ml bottle in a snifter via Bluejacket74---Cheers and Thanks dude!
This solid little brew pours a dark muddled blackish brown with a modest head
of khaki foam that subsides to a thin ring, light dusty layer, and shows subtle
lacing. Nose of dark cocoa, apricot, mead, subtle spice, vanilla, bourbon, and
astringent booze. Flavors lightly exceed the nose with bourbon, rich mead,
spicy booze, vanilla, light oak, apricot preserves, and dark cocoa with
medium heavy char notes. Nice mouth feel; full body, smooth, rich, slick,
subtle carbonation, coating, and finishing dry and warming.
Overall, a fantastic little brew!
Cheers

375 ml bottle, 2020 vintage. Picked up at the brewery last weekend. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch or so tan head that stuck around a while. Good amount of lacing, too. I like the aroma, the brew smells like vanilla, apricot, bourbon, honey, roasted malt, chocolate and oak. I think the taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also some burnt/charred flavors noticeable too. Do pick up a good amount of apricot and honey here. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's a bit creamy and coating with a good amount of carbonation. I think it's pretty good, definitely worth picking up if you get the chance to!
