The Industrial Revolution that forged Dayton, OH was built on the backs of many. Where sweat, dirt, & pride were a part of the every day. And not until that last bolt was tightened would you hear that whistle blow. Beer time. But not just any beer. One that had the backbone to live up to a real work ethic. 10 TON Brown Ale. Roasty, with hints of chocolate, caramel, and a nutty finish.

Tasted on tap at the Warped Wing - Huber Heights tap-rooom.
This was a solid, enjoyable brown ale with loads of chocolate and roast, but lightened by moderate hops presence and bitterness.

This beer is a rich mahogany color with a one-finger, firm, cream head. The aroma has a toasted grain scent. Not a lot of hops, but plenty of barley roast scents. The taste has a nice malt and grain quality, backed with a hop bitterness. I wasn't expecting much, but this is a wonderful beer. Medium-full body and very enjoyable.

I got a 6pck of cans of this beer from my local meijer store. It poured a dark clear mahogany amber with ecru head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had rye and multi grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bold dark yeast malt base with rye and grain highlights. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.
