BrazenRED Irish Red Ale, a brew that pays homage to its roots & the history of our Brewpub in Mason, Ohio. Delight in its inviting aroma - where sweet notes of caramel, hearty bread, & subtle roastiness come together in perfect harmony. This beer is a testament to craftsmanship - as it drinks smooth & easy, making each sip a journey through layers of flavor.
BrazenRED is more than just a beer; it's a nod to our Brewpub's iconic past as the former home of the Brazenhead - once the largest Irish pub in North America. Crafted with care, our building itself has a unique tale - constructed in Ireland, it was shipped to the states in pieces & meticulously reconstructed, creating a truly distinctive space. Let each sip of BrazenRED take you to a place where the spirit of the Brazenhead lives on.

Tasted at the Warped Wing Huber Heights Taproom.
Beautiful copper to red color in a crystal clear beer, but very little tan head. Unusual spicy nose for an Irish Red. Maybe it has a rye addition? There is also a spicy/herbal component in the flavors that distract from the expected malt and light roastiness. Light body, crisp mouthfeel with dry finish. This is a pretty good Irish Red, but I prefer a simpler, more traditional flavor palette.
