Decent looking and appetizing smelling beer, but the oatmeal ole ale flavor combination is just not all the great. The mouthfeel is just average.

Pours a dark burnt orange color with a 3 fingered head of loosely knit foam. Body is completely transparent, pretty juicy looking.
The dry-hopped Galaxy is quite evident, as well as the oatmeal, it's quite suprising they were able to launch such a distinct nose based on their main ingredients.
A chalky bitterness starts, followed by soft pine, mango, some cantaloupe rind, and grapefruit pith; a finish of slight sawdust and more grapefruit.
Feel is kind of sandy and dry for what should be a creamy oat base, but it leaves a nice residual dryness that makes things interesting.
Overall, yeah it's a pretty good pale ale. I'd revisit again.
