On tap at Pinocchio's.
My first beer from this newer local brewery.
Poured a cloudy orange-amber color with a half-inch or so of fluffy white head; decent retention and lacing. In the nose, bready yeast and a bit of farmhouse funk, with some notes of citrus pith. Belgian yeast in the taste up front, bready malts with a slight sweetness, finishing off with a crisp, dry hit of citrusy hops lending a vegetal bitterness that lingered into the aftertaste. Light-medium body, crisp and drinkable. A pretty good beer overall.
