A - Dark chocolate colored pour with a creamy, frothy head.
S - Nose dominated with a deep roasted chocolate aroma with some hints of citrus buried underneath.
T - Roasted chocolate base from start to finish and midway through some citrus starts to peak through. Finishes with a dark lingering chocolate roast and juicy grapefruit and orange lingering underneath.
M - Light medium body, light carbonation, and a mildly creamy finish on the very end.
O - Reminds me more of a roast stout with some nice citrus.

I think this is a stout not a saison. As a stout it isn't too bad. Not as dark as most stouts and the smell is a little on the light side. Flavor is good.
