On tap at the brewery.
A - Light yellow gold color, no lacing, and no carbonation. Very clear and bright.
S - Funky barnyard aroma with spicy clove and light earthiness.
T - Pretty mundane on the palette. Some citrus zing but the beer seems to be more bready with cloves in it. Some lemon tang but very faint.
M - Light medium body, no carbonation, wet finish.
O - Is this a Saison or a Hefe' ? I wondering if the right tap handle was pulled. Will re-visit this review if need be and adjust the score.
