Bright, rustic and complex, Resonance is an elegant new take on the classic saison style. A blend of two fermentations -- one dry and earthy, one tart -- creates juicy citrus notes, balanced by subtle spice and an effervescent finish. This beer is dynamic, melodic and pleasantly surprising on the palate, a simple luxury welcome at any dinner party.

This pours a pleasing straw gold with a cap of bright white foam that dissipates rapidly. I like the aroma, lemony and lightly funky. There's more of a funk on the palate, with a bright lemon citrus hop shining through. Enjoyable, and then some.

this is nice beer, highly refined, and somewhat different from what else is out there in the style. the bottle is gorgeous, simple, cool art, i love this aesthetic, and the beer pours out of it shockingly clear, not a trace of sediment at all, which is not only rare in saison, but also in blended beer in my experience, which this claims to be. there is a nice white head on it with good retention, and lots of visible carbonation. its not super fresh anymore, i have had the bottle probably about a year, but it drinks fresh just the same. a bright pop of white winey acidity in the nose, but this is only teasing tart, not sour in the least, just enough to be refreshing, maybe not even bacterial. there is a sweet note here which is cool, honey and grain together soft of vibe, floral and a little candied orange or something, a belgian yeast ester here too but gone in an instant. the yeast side of this is cool, clean and different, vinous and fruity, but not overbearing, subtle. i get lemongrass and light coriander, wit elements, with a very delicate mouthfeel, rushing carbonation, and minor piquancy. fun beer, perfect for summertime, and not to mild to stand up to smokey bbq chicken. a very enjoyable and drinkable bottle of saison, incredibly polished.

Pleased to be 2nd review of Resonance, purchased at SFO airport Uncorked. Review at 30k feet.
"a luxury on any flight, in any flight" Blended wins the day here / earthy and fresh.
a) Pillowy white head that erupts 3-4 finges over golden/amber relatively clear body and laces scads.
s) Belgian saison aroma, yeast, flowers, medicine chest,
t) Bigger taste, perfectly expressed, nice sharp sour and bittering finish.
f) Good prickly, mid weight feel, nice clean finish, easy to savor, bigger than the well hidden 6.5% Abv.
o) As nice a well priced Saison as can be found. Delightful to savor on a flight.

Served on tap in a tulip.
Pure golden color, quite clear, nice white head, and a few bubbles rising. It's got a lovely yeasty aroma. The taste is grassy, with mild hops. There's no tartness. The feel is light, almost effervescent. Overall, a fine saison, well made with no gimmicks.
